WU.ER STUDIO ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We always hope that you love the items you bought from us, however if for whatever you want to return your wu.er studio items you can find the information you need to do so below. 

If you are unsure about the sizing before buying, email us at studiowuer@gmail.com: one of our product specialists will help you choose the best fit for you.

If however, you wish to refund or exchange your purchase from wu.er studio please note the following:

• If for any reason you want to return something or exchange it, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. 

• All items bought during sales (including outlet) can ONLY be exchanged for another item or online/store credit within 14 days but not refunded. Online credit cannot be exchanged for cash refund at any point.

• Discounted products can only be exchanged once, honoring the discount of the original order.

• Please note, the returns can only be sent back with labels issued by wu.er studio. Returns arriving into our warehouse with third party shipping companies will not be accepted. 

• We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge. Exchanges are sent out to you free of shipping charge. 

• If you receive your goods damaged or worn, please email us to studiowuer@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving your order.

• We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of an incorrect handling of the product. 

• An admin fee of 15 EUR, USD or GBP will be charged for all the returns coming from any country in the world. This admin fee will include a DHL return label, which will be sent to you after your request has been processed and authorised. 

• We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed, from the time that we have received them in the warehouse. .

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ONLINE PURCHASE

If you are a registered customer, please log in to your account to submit your return or exchange request.

Items purchased at wu.er studio Sales are not eligible for returns, exchanges or warranty.

Online credit cannot be applied towards any Sample Sale purchase.

Online purchased products can only be returned via the designated channels directly to our e-commerce warehouses.   

The same returns policy applies to items purchased with a personalized discount code; not in conjunction with wu.er Sales, Outlet or Seasonal Promotions.

Exchanges or credit for full priced goods can be made within 14 days since the date of purchase from wu.er_studio.com.

Ensure that the item being returned is in an unworn condition with all tags and labels attached (Specifically there must be no marks on the soles or upper materials).

Returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in a reasonable condition and without postal labels. Damages to the box or omission of the box from your return/exchange will result in additional fees.

All items bought in wu.er Promotions, wu.er Sales or Outlet can be exchanged for another item or online credit within 14 days but not refunded. Online credit cannot be exchanged for cash refund at any point.

During wu.er Sample Sales, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Items purchased at wu.er studio sample sales are not eligible for returns, exchanges or warranty.
